A masterplan for student housing for the University of Newcastle Callaghan Campus accommodating an additional 750 beds. The masterplan comprises of three colleges, staged around a central pedestrianised open space. Student housing accommodation is in towers on podiums containing studio apartments on upper levels and common facilities on ground. Each college is arranged around a permeable courtyard.
