A masterplan and planning proposal for a mixed-use development located on a highly constrained site at the intersection of Church Street and the Great Western Highway at the northern end of the Auto Alley Precinct in Parramatta. The planning proposal addressed height controls, FSR, change of use, public benefit, detailed flood modelling, and economic and employment generation.
